1. Products & Orders
All resin art, candles, and jewellery are handmade. While we strive for consistency, each piece is unique and may have slight variations, which are part of its charm and not considered defects.

We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. We may refuse any order for any reason, including if we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity.

2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in INR. Prices are subject to change without notice. We use third-party payment processors (Rezorpay) and you agree to their terms as well. Your order is only confirmed once payment is processed.

3. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs and times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. Please ensure your shipping address is correct; we are not liable for orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly.

4. Returns, Exchanges, & Damaged Goods
Please see our full Return Policy. Due to the handmade and often personalized nature of our products, we may not accept returns unless an item is damaged upon arrival. Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

5. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, product photographs, and text on this site are the property of Siyanvi and are protected by copyright. You may not use, copy, or reproduce them without our express written permission.

6. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse our website, including by uploading malicious code or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our site’s systems.

7. Limitation of Liability
Siyanvi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use our products or website.
