Shipping Policy

This policy outlines the shipping and delivery practices for Siyanvi. Please read carefully before placing your order.
1. Processing Time
All our resin art, candles, and jewellery are made-to-order or hand-finished. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to carefully prepare, package, and process your order before it ships. This time is separate from the shipping transit time.
During peak seasons processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you of any significant delays.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within Shiprocket. We do not currently offer international shipping.
3. Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items, your delivery destination, and the selected service level.
4. Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Transit times begin once the carrier has received your package and provided a tracking number. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to activate on the carrier’s website.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Siyanvi is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Siyanvi is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been delivered and marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier. Please contact your local post office and/or neighbours if you cannot locate a delivered package.
If your package is lost in transit (before delivery), please contact us at info@siyanvi.in and we will work with the shipping carrier to initiate a trace.
