We at Siyanvi take great pride in our handmade resin art, candles, and jewellery. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully.
1. Returns & Exchanges Due to Damage or Defect
We stand behind the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged or is defective, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund.
To be eligible:
You must notify us within 2 days of receiving your order.
You must provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect via email.
Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
2. Returns for Change of Mind
Due to the handmade, intimate, and often personalized nature of our products:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, scent preference, or if the item does not meet subjective expectations.
All sales on these items are final.
We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully and view all product images before purchasing.
3. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your returned item (for damage/defect only) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Final sale items (e.g., clearance or discounted items will be marked as such)
Any item not returned in its original condition (see below)
5. Returning an Item (For Approved Claims Only)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item unless it is due to our error (damage/defect). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
6. Exchanges (For Damage/Defect Only)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at the address below.
7. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
